		<description>XML stands for eXtended Markup Language.  It&#039;s like HTML, but it uses standard coding techniques for non-standard markup.  It&#039;s awesome for programs to save files in, but unfortunately, unless you have the original program that saved it, you&#039;re just going to have to look at a bunch of code.

You&#039;ll have to tell your insurance company to send it in another format, or find out which program they used to encode it.  Maybe they can send a PDF?</description>
